Needless to say that this is not my most appealing picture. Life on the trail does not leave a lot of room for shower, laundry or shaving on a regular basis. In 2020, I spent 126 days traveling on foot from the Mexico to Canada via the Pacific Crest Trail. There is a lot to be said about it and it is difficult to truly describe the ups and downs of such an amazing experience.
